Quantum Non-Locality and the CMB: What Experiments Say

"Non-Locality is most naturally incorporated into a theory in which there special frame of reference. One possible candidate for this reference the one Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) isotropic. However, other than fact that realistic interpretation quantum mechanics requires preferred and CMB provides us with one, no readily apparent reason why two should be linked" (L. Hardy). Starting from remark we first argue that, given present view vacuum, basic tenets Quantum Field Theory cannot guarantee Einstein Special Relativity, frame, physically realized version relativity. Then, to try understand nature hypothetical $\Sigma-$frame, consider so called ether-drift experiments, those precise optical measurements detect laboratory small angular dependence two-way velocity light then correlate direct observations satellites space. By considering all experiments performed far, Michelson-Morley resonators, analyzing observed residuals modern theoretical framework, long sought $\Sigma-$ tight emerges. Finally, if non-locality reflects some effect propagating at vastly superluminal speed $v_{QI} \to \infty $, its ultimate origin could hidden somewhere infinitely large $c_s \infty$ vacuum density fluctuations.
